We are introducing a new Interactive Voice Assistant (IVA) to enhance the customer support phone experience starting Tuesday, October 21. The IVA will provide faster responses, improved routing, and voice-enabled self-service. There will be no service disruptions, and callers can continue using 1-800-858-0080 for support. This change does not affect InTouch telephone dictation for eSOne.

DeliverHealth will be performing a failover exercise on September 14 from 8:00pm EDT to 11:00pm EDT for the US region.
