Our team is investigating an issue with draft generation impacting some notes intermittently. The drafts are populating with invalid content. Jobs that are routed to an editor with this invalid content may fail to download in InScribe. Our engineers are engaged and actively working on this issue. If you encounter this issue, please submit a request to esone.support@deliverhealth.com with the Note ID (NID).

The issue impacting draft generation has been mostly mitigated. Our engineers remain engaged and are monitoring system function.
We are introducing a new Interactive Voice Assistant (IVA) to enhance the customer support phone experience starting Tuesday, October 21. The IVA will provide faster responses, improved routing, and voice-enabled self-service. There will be no service disruptions, and callers can continue using 1-800-858-0080 for support. This change does not affect InTouch telephone dictation for eSOne.
