The issue impacting draft generation has been mostly mitigated. Our engineers remain engaged and are monitoring system function.
Our engineers are continuing to investigate this issue. Impacted jobs can be reported to support via email at esone.support@deliverhealth.com for investigation and reprocessing.
Our team is investigating an issue with draft generation impacting some notes intermittently. The drafts are populating with invalid content. Jobs that are routed to an editor with this invalid content may fail to download in InScribe. Our engineers are engaged and actively working on this issue. If you encounter this issue, please submit a request to esone.support@deliverhealth.com with the Note ID (NID).
