The eSOne environment is experiencing a service disruption.
Our engineers have mitigated a service disruption impacting eSOne that was caused by an unexpected Azure outage. A work-around has been implemented to address the primary user impact. However, as the external Azure issue is not fully resolved, users may still encounter occasional degradation. Our engineers remain engaged with the situation, and we will let you know when service is fully restored.

Our engineering team monitored the systems throughout the evening and confirmed that no additional user impact occurred. The service disruption has been resolved.
